POLICE REPORT

Summary of Incident:
The body of Reverend Paul Pickard was discovered at Hope Mill Church. The victim was found suspended by the neck with a church bell rope. His hands were tightly bound behind his back with cable ties.

Discovery:
The body was discovered by Petunia Potts when she entered the church at approximately 8:00 a.m. to water the plants.

Time of Death:
The time of death has been established as between 10:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m., shortly after the victim was last seen at 9:45 p.m., leaving the village pub, according to multiple witnesses.

Evidence Collected:
- Multiple sets of fingerprints and DNA samples were collected from the crime scene.
- Samples include those from three individuals currently under investigation.

Further Details:
Hope Mill Church had hosted the village bell-ringing competition earlier that day, resulting in a significant number of individuals being present in and around the church.
